01 What Timnas Indonesia: World Cup Journey needed
Indonesia's entry into the third round of FIFA World Cup qualifications was a moment the brief wanted to mark with an inspiring portfolio of character illustrations, celebrating the team without leaning on stock sports photography or licensed player likeness.
02 How the studio approached it
WOBL built the portfolio around stylized player silhouettes in motion, capturing the energy of specific moments without identifying individual athletes. The color palette drew from the Indonesian flag with muted earth tones to keep the work editorial rather than jingoistic.
03 What came out of it
Deliverables included a series of character illustrations with captions, delivered as editorial pieces and social formats.
