The Doses; Energy Drink Branding

Description

The Doses positions an energy drink as a technical tool for sustained output rather than an adrenaline fantasy. WOBL built the identity around industrial confidence: a compressed typographic stamp for a logo, a matte tinplate canister styled after a supply crate, and a strict grid system that lays out flavor and dose data like bureaucratic paperwork.

Project brief

01 What The Doses; Energy Drink Branding needed

The energy-drink shelf is a shouting match of neon beasts and lightning bolts aimed at a hype-driven buyer. The brief asked for the opposite register: an identity that treats fuel as utility, reads as industrial equipment rather than a toy, and still holds its own on a shelf engineered to reward maximum saturation.

02 How the studio approached it

WOBL anchored the brand on the matte tinplate canister, styled after a supply crate, with a compressed typographic stamp as the logo and a strict grid carrying flavor and dose data. One disciplined palette separates variants, and animated loops extend the system into motion for social.

03 What came out of it

The shipped set includes the canister system across flavors, logo and typography details, outdoor poster applications, and animated loops.

Why a Rectangular Tin? matte-finished rectangular tin to disrupt the shelf of cylindrical cans. This shape mimics jerry cans, ammo boxes, and battery packs, objects associated with storage, fuel, and power.
